THE LATEST NEWS - THE MAGNETIZER IN A SMART ROADSTER: A SMART DECISION

In a continuous effort to benefit from the Magnetizer® technology a Smart Roadster was tested to investigate how the product works in such a small car. The car's engine displacement is only 699cc and comes in a 3 cylinder engine. The car consumes an average 5.1l/100km of fuel, as per factory specifications.

Air Magnetizer®

An air Magnetizer was installed around the air inlet pipe leading in to engine combustion stage. This inlet pipe is the air that arrives from the Turbo intercooler.

Fuel Magnetizer®

In a similar arrangement as in the air Magnetizer® installation a fuel Magnetizer® was also required on fuel lines to fully benefit from the effect the Magnetizer® has on the air and fuel mixture in the combustion chamber.

Increased engine power output

Tests were conducted to measure how the Magnetizer® technology influences the engine power output. In one test the Magnetizer® installation was removed, thereafter put back on. The air temperature during the time of the tests was 14° Celsius (57° Fahrenheit) and the atmospheric pressure 1006-47 959 mbar. The test results clearly showed a constant increase of power output in all speed ranges. Clearly shown on the test result are the power peaks, which is the point where the car changes into a higher gear. Observed was that the car changed gear at a higher speed then before. Also shown is the power output relative to the speed. Here again the power output was higher.
